Our Art Studio provides a beautiful dedicated space for creating and cherishing our children’s art. Ideas and techniques are shared as children watch themselves and their work reflected in a room length mirror.
We believe that children should have the materials, time and space to express themselves creatively. This allows them to use a variety of art media to experiment with color, shape and texture. This special space gives our preschoolers the freedom to plan, implement, and revisit a project.

Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.

Artist of the Month
Throughout the year, our teachers introduce an Artist of the Month. Artist’s works, such as: Edgar Degas, Paul Cezanne, John Audoban, Diego Rivera, Synthia St. James and Stephanie Choo are displayed in the classroom to enjoy and inspire. We teach through the artist’s work, not just about it. The concepts of shape, color, and size are explored through the children’s artwork. Preschoolers will have an opportunity to collaborate on murals, experiment with watercolor and pastel techniques and discover the artist within.
Each year our children’s work is showcased in an all-school Spring Art Show and Reception. Each classroom is filled with student’s individual and collaborative artwork and families are invited to share and celebrate their incredible masterpieces.
